About the role
Sunda International is seeking an energetic FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and increasing product visibility across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Set, drive, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and expand sales channels throughout Kampala.
- Create product awareness and visibility at points of sale.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the field sales team.
- Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Kampala FMCG market.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
