About the role
The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high-quality in-store experience by supervising the sales floor, coaching brand representatives and stock associates, and supporting the store leadership team in achieving daily sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines to prepare the store for operation.
- Operate register and point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions.
- Fulfill omni-channel orders, coordinating online and in-store fulfillment.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays that attract customers.
- Analyze sales and performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Protect store assets and conduct inventory control activities.
- Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
