Lead Pre‑K Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Pre‑K Teacher to create a warm, inclusive classroom where young learners thrive. You will guide a team of educators while delivering a research‑based curriculum that supports each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Cadence’s educational philosophy.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment and supervise daily classroom activities.
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and greetings.
• Address diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including IEPs and behavior support plans.
• Document curriculum delivery, incidents, and student progress using Cadence’s reporting systems.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Passion for nurturing young children and promoting inclusive learning.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and leadership.
• Commitment to Cadence’s safety and supervision standards.
