Medical Sales & Business Development Executive (B2B Healthcare)

About the role

CLF Medical Uganda is looking for a motivated Medical Sales & Business Development Executive to expand its B2B customer base across Uganda. The role focuses on acquiring institutional customers, nurturing relationships with healthcare decision‑makers, and driving revenue through strategic engagement with hospitals, clinics, laboratories and public procurement platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~70% of time in the field visiting hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare institutions to generate new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement managers, medical directors, clinic owners and nursing leadership.
• Develop and manage a robust institutional sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and converting prospects into long‑term customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to clinical and procurement needs.
• Navigate private hospital procurement processes and public sector tender opportunities via Uganda’s electronic procurement system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in medical sales or B2B healthcare business development.
• Proven track record of closing institutional deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Uganda and key regional hubs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with senior healthcare stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical equipment, diagnostic devices and respiratory care solutions.
• Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations.
