Motor Vehicle Sales Representative

About the role

Our client, a leading automotive import company, is seeking a dynamic Motor Vehicle Sales Representative to generate sales, build customer relationships, and guide clients through the vehicle sourcing and import process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert potential customers into sales.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk‑ins.
• Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Coordinate orders and provide regular updates throughout the import and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/sales database.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in motor vehicle sales or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
