Multi-Property Director of Operations

About the role

The Multi-Property Director of Operations is the strategic leader responsible for overseeing all hotel operations across multiple properties. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures that front office, recreation, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering departments deliver the brand’s service standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
• Lead department heads to achieve profitability targets, monitor budgets, and control expenses.
• Analyze guest feedback and service trends to improve the guest experience.
• Monitor revenue performance, occupancy, rates, and wage costs, providing coaching and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and engineering maintenance plans.
• Foster positive owner relations and support revenue growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or hotel operations management.
