About the role
Yuasa Investments is hiring a female office attendant for its executive office in Kampala, Uganda. The role keeps the office clean and supplied and provides hospitality support to the CEO's office, working under the guidance of the secretary to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the executive office
- Manage office supplies
- Provide hospitality support services to the CEO's office
Required profile
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping, office support or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
- Reliable, disciplined and service-oriented
Core competencies include attention to detail, a clean and tidy appearance, integrity and confidentiality, professional conduct and the ability to follow instructions.
