Online Sales Agent – IT Products (Commission Based)

About the role

Join pcmall Uganda as an Online Sales Agent and promote a range of IT products and solutions through your personal networks and digital channels. You will work remotely, leveraging platforms such as WhatsApp, social media, and referrals to generate sales and earn commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers via personal networks and online platforms.
• Promote pcmall IT products and solutions to a target audience.
• Provide accurate product information and technical details to assist decision‑making.
• Manage the sales funnel, moving interested buyers toward purchase.
• Hand over complex or high‑value deals to the internal pcmall team for final closing.
• Generate sales leads independently to meet commission targets.

Required profile

• High level of persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication ability to explain IT products clearly.
• Creative, autonomous mindset with proactive networking.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.

Required skills

• Digital literacy and proficiency with social media/messaging platforms for business.
• Basic technical knowledge of computers, networking, or IT solutions.
• Ability to convey technical information accurately.
