Procurement Officer – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for raw materials, marketing and advertising supplies, and operational items. Working closely with Finance, Store and Operations teams, the role ensures timely availability of goods, cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for raw materials, marketing and operational needs.
• Collect and verify supplier KYC documentation and keep the supplier register up to date.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules to maximise value.
• Prepare and issue purchase requests/orders based on project and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with storekeeper and operations to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor procurement requests, track deliveries and ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, contracts and delivery notes.
• Support finance in cost analysis and assist in audits by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to internal policies and approval workflows.
