Product Manager – AI (Cloud)

About the role

Canonical is looking for a Product Manager to lead the AI‑focused cloud product line. The role is remote within the EMEA time zone and involves guiding the product through its full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development, set priorities and goals, and keep execution on track.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to define go‑to‑market strategies and product documentation.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Run usability testing, analyse user feedback and iterate to improve the user experience.
• Oversee multiple product lines, ensure consistency in strategy and resolve cross‑team conflicts.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic results and a strong interest in open‑source technologies.
• Understanding of Linux, open‑source community, computer architecture, application development, datacenters and cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.
