Recruiter – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

WorkRemits is seeking an on‑site Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its fast‑growing fintech payroll platform. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job ads.
• Post vacancies on job boards, social media and the company ATS, and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and metrics.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition practices and contribute to process optimisation.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification or certification in HR or recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, screen and interview candidates across full recruitment cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of local labour regulations and HR documentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using job boards and social‑media recruiting platforms.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
