• Maintain a pipeline of potential referrals and track referral outcomes.
• Collaborate with iScarlet’s sales and delivery teams as needed to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a sales, client referral, or business development role.
• Strong professional network and ability to spot opportunities for digital services.
• Self‑driven with excellent communication skills.
