Sales Account Manager – SaaS (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions targeting health facilities across Uganda. You will work closely with product, marketing and SDR teams to convert qualified leads into long‑term customers and help shape our growing sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through tailored product demos for hospitals, clinics and other health facilities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and develop proposals, pricing and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing and product teams to identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a quota‑driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, closing abilities and a solid network within the healthcare sector.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
