Sales Agent – Insurance & Financial Services

About the role

ICEA LION Group is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Kampala. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service within the insurance and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily sales activities and engage with potential and existing customers.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote insurance and financial products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and meet established sales targets.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide product education.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven expertise in sales and marketing strategies.
• Experience training clients or teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
