About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join Prudential Assurance Uganda. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and promoting a range of insurance products while delivering high‑quality customer service. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, track performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new clients for Prudential insurance solutions.
  • Promote insurance products and clearly explain policy benefits.
  • Generate leads and conduct persuasive sales presentations.
  • Close sales and ensure required documentation is collected and submitted.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Required profile

  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented when handling documentation.
