Sales Agent – Trade Finance Solutions

About the role

Join Silicon Valley Global Ph Inc - International as a full‑time Sales Agent based in Kampala. You will promote trade finance solutions to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients interested in cross‑border trade finance.
• Present and explain trade finance products, including insurance‑related financial services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their specific needs.
• Provide customer service support, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth account setup.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward individual and team targets.
• Participate in training sessions and share product knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience with prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance and related financial products.
• Ability to learn quickly and train others on product details.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kampala and meet sales targets.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
