About the role
The Sales Associate works full‑time on‑site in Kampala for an insurance agency. The role involves engaging both potential and existing clients and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads, make sales calls and schedule client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Contribute to sales targets and overall revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven ability in client relationship management, negotiation and basic sales techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- High integrity, professionalism and commitment to inclusive service.
