About the role
The Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, and presenting the agency’s insurance and marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and collaborate with creative and account teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Build long‑term client relationships, meet sales targets, and provide ongoing support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with clear communication and professional follow‑up.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple prospects and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Experience using basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
