Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this role you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, qualifying leads and setting up meetings for senior sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
• Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development or telesales.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and uninterrupted power backup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
