Sales Hunter – Field Sales for Microfinance Loans

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Hunter to join its team in Kampala. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers for a range of micro‑finance loan and finance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients, presenting loan and finance solutions.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, and guide customers through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and handle objections.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of credit, lending products, and risk awareness in a micro‑finance context.
• Results‑oriented mindset, resilience, and ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow‑up.
