Sales & Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

Kafkas Limited is looking for a full‑time Sales and Marketing Executive to work from its Nakawa office in a hybrid setup. The role blends prospecting new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare sales proposals and present to clients.
• Conduct market research and contribute to market planning.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or other tracking systems.
• Represent the company at events and client engagements.

Required profile

• Strong market‑planning and marketing abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
• Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage time and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort using productivity and CRM tools.
