Sales Representative – Insurance Agency (Kampala)

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our Kampala office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business growth by identifying prospects, presenting tailored advertising solutions and closing deals that meet client budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for insurance‑related advertising services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, conduct meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and campaign teams to ensure delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and report on performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in advertising, media or related services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kampala and attend regular face‑to‑face meetings.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office and digital tools such as email, spreadsheets and CRM/lead‑tracking software.
