Sales Representative – Insurance Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell Liberty Uganda’s range of insurance solutions to both individual and corporate clients. The role combines prospecting, client consultations, and ongoing relationship management, offering a mix of office‑based and remote work from Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects through research, networking and lead generation.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, explain product features and match insurance solutions to client needs.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers, handle inquiries, and support policy renewals and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance and timely resolution of issues.
• Track sales activities and customer information using digital tools and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial services and willingness to learn complex concepts.
• Organized, able to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
