Sales Representative

About the role

Bellazuri Cosmetics, a leading local beauty brand, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand its market presence across Kampala. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth, build relationships with retailers and salons, and ensure the brand’s premium image is upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling client presentations throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new customers such as retailers, salons, distributors, and beauty shops.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow‑ups.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate account management.
• Conduct field visits to monitor market activity, product performance, and stock levels.
• Execute route plans, keep the customer database up‑to‑date, and coordinate replenishment with distributors.
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director.
• Travel within the assigned territory to increase market coverage and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience).
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Experience in field sales, retail distribution, and account management across modern and general trade channels.
• Fluent in English and comfortable representing a premium beauty brand.
