Sales Specialist – SME Outreach for Ubuntu Business Club

About the role
This short‑term contract focuses on identifying, verifying and referring small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to attend the Ubuntu Business Club open day in Kampala. You will promote the benefits of joining the community and help drive attendance on 23 July 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Find, verify and refer at least 75 SMEs across targeted sectors.
- Communicate the value proposition of the Ubuntu Business Club and the open day.
- Visit locations in Muyenga, Kansanga, Munyonyo, Kabalagala, Makindye, Kiseka, Nakasero, Kololo, Mulago and Wandegeya.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and referral status.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to sell innovative products quickly and accurately.
- Quick learner with no need for extensive onboarding.
- Comfortable engaging with MSMEs in sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, IT, agribusiness, general trading, recycling, social enterprises, consulting and education.

What we offer
- UGX 500,000 total compensation, including transport and acquisition costs.
- Short‑term contract with the possibility of a longer‑term engagement.
