Sales Staff – Insurance Agency (Kampala)

About the role

The Sales Staff role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the agency’s insurance services to prospective partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated.
• Track sales activities, meet revenue targets, and report on market trends and client feedback.
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation.
• Experience with sales planning, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand advertising and marketing concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic digital communication platforms.
