Salesperson – Printed Products & Signage

About the role

The Salesperson will work on‑site in Kampala to identify and engage prospective clients for Brand Care Limited’s printed products, promotional items and signage solutions. The role involves presenting the product range, preparing quotations, negotiating terms and ensuring successful order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients.
• Present the company’s range of printed products, promotional items and signage.
• Meet with customers, prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Process orders and coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and monitor market trends.
• Participate in promotional activities and build long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Knowledge of printed products, promotional items and signage or a strong interest in branding and visual communication.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail in quotations and order handling.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles, preferably in printing, advertising or related industries.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, travel to client locations and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with word processing applications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
