School Partnerships & Sales Representative – AI & Robotics

About the role

Tangibo Academy is seeking a proactive School Partnerships & Sales Representative to expand its AI, Coding & Robotics programmes across primary and secondary schools in Uganda. You will prospect schools, engage decision‑makers, arrange demonstrations and guide schools through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect suitable primary and secondary schools.
• Contact Head Teachers, Directors and Administrators to introduce Tangibo Academy’s programmes.
• Book qualified meetings and organise on‑site demonstrations.
• Deliver or assist with practical AI, coding and robotics demonstrations after training.
• Understand each school’s needs and recommend appropriate programme structures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, demonstrations and follow‑ups in the sales system.
• Collaborate with the Tangibo Academy team to coordinate onboarding and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching new organisations.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organisational and follow‑up discipline.
• Willingness to learn enough AI, coding and robotics to demonstrate the programme.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, education, EdTech or school partnerships is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic CRM usage.
• Familiarity with digital productivity tools.
