About the role
Alamdar Aluminium & Glass Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its aluminium and glass product lines within the construction sector. The role focuses on expanding market presence by engaging directly with clients on construction sites across Kampala.
Key responsibilities
- Visit construction sites and meet prospective clients to generate new business.
- Conduct regular field visits throughout Kampala to assess client needs and ensure service quality.
- Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align product solutions with site requirements.
- Track sales performance and report on market trends.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction or building‑materials.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from UGX 300,000 to UGX 500,000 per month.
