Sales Agent – Loan & Finance Products

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to work on‑site in Kampala. The role focuses on promoting the company’s loan and finance products to civil servants, TSC members and employees of selected organisations, guiding them through the application and approval process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients for loan and finance products.
• Conduct product presentations and clearly explain terms and conditions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, follow‑ups and after‑sales service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales expertise including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Knowledge of insurance and related financial products is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
• Relevant experience in micro‑finance, banking or financial services.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field preferred.
