About the role

The Talent Scientist will partner with business units to deliver real‑time talent analytics, improve hiring processes and enhance the candidate experience across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insight and support hiring decisions.
• Conduct in‑depth behavioural interviews and interpret psychometric assessments.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders to monitor and improve hiring processes.
• Develop data‑driven insights using statistical analysis and ensure consistency across operations.
• Collaborate with external platforms to maximise ROI and champion diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to create measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to identify trends.
• Self‑organisation and ability to work remotely, with willingness to travel for company events.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Python for statistical modelling and automation.
