Team Leader – Sales & Business Development

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Risk Advisors/Agents to achieve sales targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and premium growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services or business development.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
