Tele Sales Representative – Outbound SaaS Sales

About the role

Helpware is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join its growing Uganda team. You will be the first point of contact for construction‑industry prospects, introducing the company’s SaaS platform and arranging qualified discovery meetings for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to targeted construction companies and stakeholders.
• Introduce Helpware’s SaaS solutions clearly and compellingly.
• Identify key decision‑makers, qualify prospects, and assess business challenges.
• Secure second‑stage meetings with Account Executives or Sales Consultants.
• Document all interactions, activities, and next steps accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow established scripts, handle objections professionally, and maintain positive engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline development.
• Achieve or exceed activity, meeting‑booked, and pipeline generation targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in tele‑sales.
• Experience supporting customers via call, chat, and email.
• Self‑managed, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player who welcomes shared expertise and feedback.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Experience with CRM systems.
