About the role
The Residence Zanzibar is looking for a Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs across its departments, assess training needs and support continuous employee development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for various departments.
- Conduct training needs assessments, create training materials and deliver sessions.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation methods.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior trainers.
- Monitor employee progress and provide continuous feedback and coaching.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve training efforts.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in training or learning and development in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to create and deliver training content across multiple formats (in‑person, virtual, e‑learning).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
