Volunteer Digital Marketer

About the role

THRIVE, a global for-impact organisation with members in over 40 countries, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic volunteer digital marketer with a passion for sustainability. You will work with a friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to build a better future. The role is remote, requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and a minimum six-month commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across online platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Reddit.
• Create and optimise campaigns for search engines, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance with analytics tools to drive optimisation.
• Manage content creation, distribution and scheduling for digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and optimise website performance, user experience and SEO strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media or another relevant field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a digital marketing role, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Preferred: previous liaison experience with senior international leaders.
