Warehouse Manager – Operations & Team Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of our warehouse operations, from daily planning to long‑term process improvement. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic development of the warehouse team and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate overall warehouse operations and planning.
• Establish, train, and manage the performance of the warehouse team, fostering talent development.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring physical stock matches system data.
• Develop, implement and continuously optimise warehouse processes.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and effective asset management.
• Drive the achievement of team performance targets.
• Handle emergencies and resolve operational anomalies promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply‑Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of end‑to‑end warehouse management experience.
• Strong planning, risk assessment, problem‑solving and cross‑departmental communication abilities.
• Highly responsible, meticulous, rigorous and capable of executing initiatives effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Extensive experience in inventory management and process optimisation.
