Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of tiles and sanitary ware. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing space utilization, and supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of tiles and sanitary ware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and support periodic stocktakes.
• Investigate and report stock variances, manage damaged or slow‑moving items, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle products to minimise breakage, ensure correct labeling, segregation, and accessibility.
• Lead and allocate tasks for Receiving, Issuing, and Documentation teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Transport and other departments.
• Prepare performance and stock reports, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with HSE and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, manufacturing or distribution is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
