Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for CTG's clients in Uganda, overseeing the delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and consultant contract services. This role ensures that client expectations are met while aligning with CTG’s operational policies, contractual obligations, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial client engagements, clearly defining CTG’s services and project scope.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve service delivery issues, consultant performance matters, and client queries efficiently.
• Monitor project financials, manage costs, revenue, and resource allocation to sustain profitability.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports covering headcount, payroll, DSA amounts, consultant activities, and financial status.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and contract issuance for consultants, ensuring compliance with CTG policies and local labor laws.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to internal stakeholders.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid resource mismanagement and ensure adherence to CTG’s operational policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client account management and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and contract administration processes.
• Ability to monitor and report on financial performance and project profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
