About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to support our real‑estate sales activities, focusing on apartments and villas. The role will work closely with senior management to drive sales performance and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of sales strategies for apartment and villa projects.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients and prospects to provide information and follow‑up on enquiries.
- Maintain sales records and reports using MS Office tools.
Required profile
- Young MBA or university degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling apartments or villas.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
