About the role
The Assistant Store Manager (PM) – Evenings & Weekends leads store operations during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring smooth closing, staff supervision, and a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary manager on duty for evening and weekend operations, including store closing.
- Provide leadership to associates, monitor performance, and address routine concerns.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
Required profile
- Two years of retail experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preference given to Mille Lacs Band members and American Indian candidates.
