Sales Manager / Sales Head – Agricultural Equipment, Generators, Pumps & Industrial Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in Uganda, focusing on agricultural and industrial equipment such as generators, pumps, engines and agro‑processing machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base across the product portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and oversee end‑to‑end deal execution.
• Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7‑8+ years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in agro‑equipment, power equipment or industrial products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate and work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
