Branch Sales Admin

About the role

The Branch Sales Admin will support the daily operations of the Prestige Driving School branch in Kamwokya, ensuring sales targets are met and customers receive high-quality service. This role combines sales administration, asset management and coordination with finance and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and lead marketing activities for the branch.
• Manage branch assets such as vehicles, furniture, equipment and office phones.
• Supervise branch staff, reporting indiscipline or performance issues to HR.
• Deliver quality customer service, gather feedback and forward complaints to the supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition and coordinate repairs with the Fleet Manager.
• Track fuel usage and ensure it matches lesson counts.
• Coordinate timely payment of branch bills with the Head of Finance.
• Reconcile student time‑track records with instructor logbooks and mileage.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and submit client documents to the head office.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and update the stock register for items sold.

Required profile

• Entry-level candidate; no prior experience required.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Kamwokya and handle multiple responsibilities.
