About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell motorcycles to both individual and corporate clients across Uganda. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell motorcycles to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycle or automotive sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Valid riding permit (Class A) is an advantage.
- Fluency in the language used in Mbarara.
