About the role
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience through strong team leadership, operational efficiency and compliance with bank policies. The role also supports business growth by generating leads and driving cross‑selling activities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, AML/KYC guidelines and timely resolution of operational audit issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly and risk‑related reports, including cash registers and suspicious transaction alerts.
- Drive growth of assets and liabilities through lead generation, cross‑selling and regular performance tracking.
- Oversee customer complaint resolution, cash management, non‑cash transaction processing and daily reconciliation of internal accounts.
- Motivate, coach and develop the branch team, manage resource allocation and maintain business continuity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (professional qualification is an advantage).
- Minimum 4 years banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
