Clinical Success Manager

About the role

The Clinical Success Manager joins Curely AI’s Clinical Success team to turn software deployments into measurable care transformations. You will own post‑contract relationships with health‑system customers, guiding them from onboarding through value realization and championing the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain post‑sale relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders across 8–12 health‑system accounts.
• Drive onboarding, training, and workflow integration for new deployments.
• Define, track, and report success metrics such as clinical adoption, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with C‑level executives (CMOs, CNOs) and department heads.
• Represent the customer voice in product roadmap discussions.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; clinical background (RN, PA, NP) strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of customer success or clinical implementation experience in health‑tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
• Comfort with data analysis and building business cases from clinical outcomes data.
