Commercial Pricing Assistant

About the role

Join a leader in sustainable building solutions! As a Commercial Assistant reporting to the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring pricing accuracy and supporting our commercial excellence within the residential sector.

Main Missions

• Maintain and update special pricing agreements for contractors and commercial partners.
• Respond to pricing inquiries promptly within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate pricing for orders requiring manual intervention.
• Manage and monitor special pricing agreements to ensure compliance.
• Generate both ad hoc and scheduled commercial reports to support decision-making.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal and external commercial queries.
• Contribute actively to continuous process improvement projects.
