About the role

The Graphic Design Coordinator will create and produce marketing materials that reflect the hotel’s brand image and drive revenue. Working closely with marketing managers and operational teams, you will ensure all visual communications are consistent, appealing, and tailored to the target clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce advertisements, signage, image sequences, brochures, and electronic presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational departments to develop concepts and deliver design solutions.
• Maintain awareness of guest demographics to create appropriate visual styles for promotions and events.
• Manage project timelines, maintain project files, and communicate status updates to the marketing team.
• Handle production tasks such as printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and layout preparation.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 lb and standing or walking for extended periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
