Core Team Operations Volunteer (5 Tracks)

About the role

Edutech Club is seeking motivated volunteers to join its Core Team Operations across five distinct tracks. Volunteers will work four hours per week on‑site at the National ICT Innovation Hub, supporting the smooth delivery of community, technology, project management, social media analysis, and administrative services.

Key responsibilities

• Choose one operational track (Administrative Assistant, Community Associate, Project Management Associate, Social Media Analyst, or Administration) and own its daily workflow.
• Maintain and organize system files, data records, and shared assets in Google Drive.
• Log volunteer hours and update master tracking sheets accurately.
• Route incoming inquiries from the team inbox to the appropriate department.
• Welcome new members, guide onboarding, and help foster an inclusive community environment.
• Coordinate logistics for hybrid meetups and youth empowerment events.
• Monitor community forums, enforce guidelines, and respond to routine learner questions.
• Develop project timelines, break down large initiatives into actionable tasks, and maintain workspaces in Notion, Asana, or Trello.
• Facilitate brief asynchronous updates across Technology, Community, and Marketing teams.
• Collect and analyse basic social‑media metrics to inform outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum commitment of 4 on‑site hours per week, with flexibility for remote baseline work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Inclusive mindset and enthusiasm for supporting learners and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive for file management.
• Experience using Notion, Asana, or Trello for task and project tracking.
