About the role
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients according to SLA commitments. The role focuses on assisting, retaining, acquiring, and recovering customers while handling calls in multiple local languages.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers, handle calls courteously and professionally, and provide accurate product information.
- Tag calls correctly in the CRM, meet quality standards, and achieve daily performance targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and report them to the Team Leader.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new team members and ensure strict attendance.
Required profile
- Fluency in English plus one or more of the listed local languages (e.g., Luganda, Japhadola, Lukhonzo, etc.).
- A degree or diploma is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent listening, clear voice, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good typing speed and general computer literacy.
