Delivery Sector Lead

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Delivery Sector Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure that every project meets the company’s Quality First Every Time standards while protecting and growing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and long‑term planning for the assigned account portfolio, driving retention and growth.
• Maintain strong governance across all accounts, intervening when needed to keep operational health at a green status.
• Represent CloudFactory as a senior stakeholder in Quarterly Business Reviews and other client governance meetings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business and delivery risks, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate people and resources to meet current and future account needs.
• Analyze churn causes, capture lessons learned, and drive improvements across the delivery organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery or account management teams in a B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client and internal leaders.
• Excellent analytical mindset for risk identification and mitigation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding service level agreements and quality metrics.
